HON AMOKA ENEJI ODU RECEIVES THE CONGRATULATORY VISIT OF KOGI STATE HEAD OF SERVICE, MR ELIJAH EVINEMI.
The visitor in a brief remark formally congratulated Hon Amoka Eneji Odu, noting that his victory at the pool is a testament of his hardwork, excellent service delivery during his term as Caretaker Chairman and most interestingly his inclusivity that have endeared him closely to the people within and outside Okehi local government while also urging the executive Chairman to view governance as a service to the people.
The Head of Service prayed to God to bestow His blessings upon the Okehi Executive Chairman with the needed wisdom and all the requisites in the discharge of his official responsibility, noting that the remarkable achievement of Hon Amoka Odu within his short term in office as Caretaker Chairman is in no doubt the major catalyst to his victory at the poll.
The Executive Chairman, Hon Amoka Odu, in a remark expressed his excitement over the visit of number one civil servant in the state who came alongside Kogi State Sport Council’s Chairman, Hon Abdulmaleek Isah (Dolly), DG Graphics Newspaper Comrade, Jimoh Itop, Ihima Welfare Association National (IWA) President Mr Abdubakar Bello and other notable personalities.
Hon Amoka Odu noted that the burden of every administration is the population of unemployment which he believes can be drastically reduced through effective and harmonious collaboration between the three levels of government. It was on this note that Hon Amoka Odu reiterated his ambitious commitment to introduce what he called community SAs to alleviate the suffering of the grassroot dwellers to complement the efforts of the state and the government at the center.
